Oh...the beauty of the unknown...

Keeping Me Guessing

Coffee cup waking me up
I’ve got to board a plane
And fly away sometimes
I feel like I’m going the speed of light
Can’t relax I’m moving too fast
I want to find the gold but I don’t have a map
I wish that I could know what you’ve got in store for me

I try and try
To read your mind
‘Cause I forget that patience is a virtue
You’re teaching me to hold on tight

‘Cause I don’t know how the story ends
But I’ll be alright ‘cause You wrote it
I don’t know where the highway bends
But I’m doing just fine
‘Cause You’re in control
Even when I don’t know
Where my life’s gonna go
You’re keeping me guessing
So slow me down
Show me around
I want to see the world
That I’ve been without
I am here and now
The future is out of my hands

I’m trusting you
And how you move
I won’t forget that patience is a virtue
You’re teaching me to hold on tight

You know those moments when you hear a song and you feel like you're living it out... for real. Well, I heard this one here in Tennessee (I'm here visiting and enjoying my KY "adopted" family- the D'Alecy's... and I was scanning through their Itunes and found this one and I swept away... love it!!!!

ps- I LOVE the D'Alecy family...they are and have been such a huge blessing... just being with them..laughing, deep conversation, random conversation, adventuring... it's one of those moments where you stop and sit in the moment of "seriously, how lucky am i?" ... it's so so great!!! And the gorgeousness of Tennessee... *smile*... amazingness!!!
